Visualisierung ist sehr wichtig, wenn Sie agile arbeiten wollen. Sich selbst kontinuierlich mit Informationen umringen. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie kommen morgens rein, unterhalten sich, holen Kaffee und machen Ihren Computer an. Wenn Sie den Status eines Projekts in Ihrem Computer gespeichert haben, sehen Sie das erst beim letzen Schritt. Aber wenn der Status \u00fcbersichtlich auf einem Whiteboard steht, sind Sie von dem Moment an, zu dem Sie hereinkommen schon mit der Projektinformation besch\u00e4ftigt. Au\u00dferdem spielt Transparenz eine Rolle. Jeder (Manager und andere Kollegen) k\u00f6nnen dem Projekt folgen, ohne ein Programm \u00f6ffnen zu m\u00fcssen.

Agile hat irgendwann in der IT-Branche angefangen, um Software so effizient wie m\u00f6glich zu entwickeln. Inzwischen wird diese Philosophie in vielen Branchen und innerhalb vieler Fachgebiete angewendet. Agile ist vor allem bei schwer vorauszusagenden Projekten n\u00fctzlich und das kommt sehr h\u00e4ufig vor. Oft f\u00e4ngt es klein an. Am besten beginnen Sie als Team mit dieser Arbeitsweise. Um dann als gesamtes Unternehmen mitzumachen. Dies erfordert oft einen erheblichen Kulturwandel. Die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung muss dahinterstehen.   1. Es gibt Unternehmen, bei denen Agile-Teams verschiedene Zeremonien in verschiedenen R\u00e4umen abhalten, auch \u201eScrumroom\u201c genannt. In diesem Raum m\u00f6chte man auf jeden Fall m\u00f6glichst viel Platz zum Schreiben haben, um als Team die sogenannten Scrumsprints zu bekommen oder zu brainstormen. Eine oder mehrere vollst\u00e4ndige Whiteboardw\u00e4nde sind dann ideal. Manchmal sitzen Mitarbeiter auf ihren Knien oder holen Hocker dazu, um den ganzen Platz benutzen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n
  2. Beim Arbeitsplatz des Teams ist es ideal mobile Boards zu haben, auf denen die Sprints beibehalten werden, ganz in der N\u00e4he des Teams. Manchmal sollen sie fahrbar sein, aber das ist nicht immer erforderlich. So lange sie nur f\u00fcr alle Teammitglieder gut sichtbar sind. Da sie so sichtbar sind, d\u00fcrfen diese W\u00e4nde nat\u00fcrlich auch mit ihrem Design auffallen. Ein tragbares Board kann \u00fcbrigens sehr praktisch sein, wenn Sie als Team doch an einem anderen Platz die Scrum-Zeremonie abhalten.<\/li>\n
  3. Dann gibt es auch noch Unternehmen, bei denen Mitglieder des Scrumteams im Ausland arbeiten. Dann ist eine Kombination mit digitaler Kommunikation w\u00fcnschenswert. Oder Unternehmen haben aus anderen Gr\u00fcnden den Wunsch, digital zu arbeiten. Aber die Kombination aus Schreiben und Post-its kleben ist n\u00fctzlich. Die Praxis lehrt uns, dass dies einen positiven Effekt auf die Teams und das Unternehmen hat. Es ist nichts sch\u00f6ner als eine Aufgabe von \u201eTo do\u201c nach \u201eDone\u201c zu verschieben.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
